Dr. Shalin Hai-Jew has worked in higher education for many years, first as an instructor and then as a researcher and instructional designer.  She publishes and reviews widely.  She has two e-books on Scalar:  “The Art of Academic Peer Reviewing” and "Using NVivo:  An Unofficial and Unauthorized Primer".
