Russia-China relations are an important dimension (and question mark) of the современный international arena. The key impetus in the relationship has been one of pragmatism, with strategic considerations predominating interactions. While good ties between the respective governments are a solid starting point, cultural exchanges are also important in building a sustainable bond. Education is an excellent sphere in which to develop stronger, more lasting relations. However, Russia as a civilization has traditionally viewed itself as a member of the West—China and Asia were secondary considerations. With this as the context, my project aims to interview college students enrolled in either Sino Studies or the Chinese language, in order to understand the motives for studying the Middle Kingdom.
Мой вклад отличается от других по специфической теме, но он всё-таки следует за другими. Я сконцентрировал имено на первую часть «город знает». Знание, это близко связывает с образованием, особенно с вышим образованием. Я спросил, почему русские студенты решат изучать китайский язык. Только из-за экономеческих причин, или что-то ещё? Вообще, я бы сказал что для России было бы лучше, если есть разнообразные мотивации потому что в том случае связи появляются в многих сферах, а не только в сфере бизнеза.
Как разбираться? В конце концов, я решил приступать как проще можно. Поскольку большинство студентов уехало на каникулах летом, я написал список вопросов, и послал студентам через э-майл. Я получил 13 ответов.
