Physical culture and ethnicity classess, which allowed the women
to participate in physical activities and learn the history and reasons
as to why this is a sport that helps create the American image. 
Ethnicity classes taught about all different ethnicity ranging from
cultural differences to teaching the importance of social interaction
and wellbeing.
