Perfume Gun
One piece evidence I will confirm my argument is the film Born in Flames we watched several weeks ago. The category of women represent a whole group to work, studies, live and fight together. To be strong, powerful, independent, women have to have awareness of protecting themselves. Just like the film Born in Flames shows, how women are discriminated against and how they end up seeking refuge in places in which are on a micro scale in the community as opposed to on a bigger scale because no one is accepting them for who they are. What I premise is women work together as a whole to resist sexual violence and social discrimination by effectively applies resources so they get fruitful results back. They have an advanced education so they are able to research various forms special weapons. Therefore, the weapon of perfume gun is a symbol of showing how they become strong in the future. Another point I would like to explain the future polices have awareness of protecting the safe of women and have right cognitive abilities of social justice and human rights. The will not obey the orders and rules of capitalism to hurt women and ignore them but follow the standards of morality and justice in society. But the movie Born in Flames displays in opposite ways: we can see 15-20 women on bicycles attacking men on the street, eyewitness reports have led investigators to believe that these men may themselves have been attempting to assault women, but the officials have objurgated the lawlessness of such vigilante groups and ask for information leading to the arrest of the women involved. Polices are obedient to the government, the government represents a state. How the social construction and system work dependent on an institution and particular situation of a nation. Obviously capitalism always controls the whole world. Therefore, it is significant that women force themselves to become strong to protect themselves.
Another resource that effectively supports my argument is the article “Fractured identities” by a part of A Cyborg Manifesto. It has become a universal situation that people count women as the outsider from the social construction to exclude and discriminate female. Just like the quote said, “There is nothing about being ‘female’ that naturally binds women” (295). That is also what I want to clarify women should not be bind and should not expiation on them. They can be themselves or whatever they want instead of intensely taking labels for them. Also naming the identity of women should not be limited in a special field but focus on different parts of race and gender.
Do not use any criterion for identifying the identity of women because they are an independent and integrated unity in the social structure. Everything will change as time goes on. Everyone deserves free and equal rights, women are the same as everyone. Social reality and people’s opinion are probably hard to change in a short time because of reasons of history and politics but we all hope it will change in the near of future.
