Student Perspective - Mary Emmons Hogan Wilcox
Wilcox’s personal scrapbook is a rich source of information on student life at Saint Mary’s College in the mid-1920s. Not only are events of national significance preserved in her book, but there are also pieces of evidence regarding her social life as well. The book has football tickets and dance cards spilling out of the pages. The abundant number of these artifacts provides evidence of the importance of these events to her at the time. Wilcox was actively involved in the social life of the college and it held clear importance to her. More about her memories is spoken on a podcast found on this page.
