The Resident Evil franchise has made many movies, but something not talked about as much are their movies and show. The show was made in 2022 on Netflix. Sadly, the show was given negative reviews all around which has made me deter away from seeing the show myself. But IGN actually gives a positive review on the show saying, "Though if you are a huge fan of the franchise, you will be happy to know that Resident Evil does a good job tying itself to the games beyond including a few noteworthy enemy types." Although reading through Rotten Tomatoes they did not give it the best score with the Tomato Meter being at a 54% and the audience score being at a 26%. Even one review saying, "Netflix’s newest horror series, Resident Evil, fails miserably in attempting to immerse itself in the critically acclaimed franchise." 

The show just recently came out however the live action movies have been going on since 2002. There are 6 live action movies spanning from 2002 to 2017.I actually saw some of the Resident Evil movies and I personally don't find it to be very entertaining, but I do think it's still worth the watch if you're a big fan of the series.
