Uncomfortable Trip and Grace

Judging from the body language, this is not true. This is similar to real relationships. When people communicate, they communicate with not only their voice, but with their actions as well.plain2019-11-18T13:56:11-08:00Venice Villescas7c75dc0e9a6c6e9a70f4fac5ec1d6c1c5d2620de

This is a key factor in better reproducing how actual interactions in relationships work. They can widen their eyes when you say something strange or shocking, cross their arms and face away when they're upset, and smile and get close when they're happy. These expressions are surprisingly accurate, and add a lot not only to the story, but to how you perceive and interact with them. Seeing Grace smile and put her arms out may make the player feel more like a friend to Grace, and with that, they may give Grace a hug in the story. By being so detailed with emotions, the player can feel out the situations presented to them, and respond more realistically.
Grace and Trip are also programmed to respond to your own movements. For example, if you pace around the apartment and keep looking around, Trip may ask why you're fidgeting so much, and Grace might say that you're moving around so much because you're uncomfortable. Here is another example. The fact that Trip and Grace respond to the player moving around, as well as how they react, are very true to how people would act in real life. This realistic experience, along with their emotions and movements, allow players to test the limits of relationships, and learn more about how people act in a relationship.
