Digital Reviews

These digital essays answer the question, how have historians understood various topics related to Latino/a mobility in 20th century U.S. history? A literature review is an important part of scholarly writing that examines a subject in depth. Alongside traditional forms of scholarship, digitally authored scholarship offers new ways to engage with primary materials and to contribute to historical knowledge. More than a book report, these essays describe individual author’s sites, evaluate his/her argument, determine commonalities and differences between multiple authors, and identify openings for future research.
