Wendell Lee

Wendell Lee played for the CSU-Pueblo basketball program for two seasons (2012-14). During his time on the men's basketball team, Wendell played55 and started 50 games for the Pack. A 200-plus point scorer each season, he totaled 522 career points for a 9.5 points per game average. He knocked down 86 3-pointers in two seasons, which included 54 as a senior in 2013-14. Wendell also pulled down 329 rebounds, recorded 70 steals and dished out 63 assists as a member of the ThunderWolves. Following his time with Pueblo Lee traveled to Mexico and represented the USA in a North American tournament. Following this tournament Lee went through multiple spells with minor league NBA teams. Unfortunately Lee was shot and killed on the 22nd of September 2015 near his home in Los Angeles. Lee had a positive career in the Professional world of basketball in front of him, and for this reason he has been included in the archive. RIP.
