Richard of San Germano

Richard of San Germano (c. 1170-a. 1243) was a notary at San Germano and highly involved with the deeds of Frederick II. Richard's chronicle served as the definitive account of the Hohenstaufen in Italy and also includes a brief mention of Prester John.
