Our World With and For the Future

The Question with Three Answers

The Question

Nature is amazing,
and it's changing
because of anthropocentric
actions that are constantly rearranging
the natural order of life that Mother Nature has been emplacing.
Instead of saving what nature is creating, we destroy it and watch our clocks rotating.
This is frustrating.
Why can't humanity and nature live together?
We all want to be apart of a world that's better.
But, when we get a chance to honor nature, we neglect her.
We push nature to the side, and act like she's going to be around forever.
It's now or never.
Pick a side that'll determine whether we'll live along side nature or slowly start to forget her.
I’ve got a question, and I promise that it’s simple. I want you to fiddle with my mental while you’re reflecting on this riddle.
Do you want to protect nature, or are you still stuck in the middle?

Three Answers

1.) There are bigger problems that we've got to deal with than nature, and I'm not sorry if I sound like the world's biggest hater. I've got two kids to feed, a mother that's in need, and a roof with a leak, so I'm sorry that I disagree with your personal perspective.
If I had a million dollars, I would support this type of thought.
I want to be on the side of history that’s right and not wrong,
But who’s helping the mother that raises kids alone for a righteous cause, that’s not protected by the law, that’s continually put on pause, and is asked to care for a problem that could be resolved without her help at all?

2.) I'm not against the environment one bit.
I live on the earth so that wouldn't make sense.
I'm into making money, and I see how this contradicts.
A green environment would be on the top of my wish list,
along with the world supporting big business.
I live in the world, so I only support ideas that can transform into existence.
I don't think a green environment will make much of a difference
But, I do know that big business switches a lot of ideas from nothingness into 'green' statistics.

3.) I don't have time to think about this.
It irritates me that we need to make sense of ridiculousness.
Global warming isn't real, and if it is I don't care.
I'm thinking about my life, and I think that's fair.
I've got to think about me, not what's growing on a tree.
I deserve to be care free because I’m only 19.

A Clouded Mind

Follow the meteorology of my mind.

It's unpredictable, and it changes with time
Because the news I'm reading could be wrong or right
And it seems like their information changes every night.
I need someone to give me some real insight about the world possibly igniting on fire tonight.
The mom doesn’t want to talk about it because she’s got kids to feed,
the businessman doesn’t want to talk about it because he only thinks of greed, and the teen doesn’t want to talk about it because he cares about his needs, but why do I always fall on bended knee for a vision that everyone can see that eventually will set us all free from the problem that could potentially end you and me?
Why is this my generations decision?
It's seems like the people that talk about this always fail to mention, that they knew about this 40 years ago and it was their intention to burden our backs with an increased amount of tension.
Sorry, I'm not trying to sound cynical. Trust me, it's not intentional. I'm honestly waiting on a miracle.
While I'm waiting, I'm starting to look at the man in the mirror, and it's irritating me because the message is becoming clearer, the time is drawing nearer, and every second of my life is becoming dearer.
The message is that we to need fix what we’ve done,
Before we can’t smile because of the gun
that we’ve created that seems to shun
All of the progress that we’ve created under the sun.
