Linseed oil

"Lintseed" oil, or accurately spelled, linseed oil, is a oil derived from flax. After being boiled, it becomes suitable as a base and binding agent, and for being painted onto an object, so linseed oil based paints, putty, and varnishes were used and still are in use today.
