About Me
Mollie Mason is a junior at Arkansas State University, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in history with a minor in English and certification in Digital Humanities. Mollie is an active member of the Honors College Association, and she is the 2018-2019 president of the Eta Chi chapter of Phi Alpha Theta History Honors Society. During the 2017-2018 school year, she was the Eta Chi chapter historian. Mollie's research interests include Colonial American history, Christian church history, and early modern Scottish history. Following graduation, Mollie plans to pursue a Master of Arts in Public History.
In her free time, Mollie enjoys reading, writing, traveling, camping, hiking, hammocking, and spending time with her friends and family. She is a self-proclaimed nerd and bookworm. One of her life's goals is to visit all 60 of the National Parks, which combines her love of history, traveling, and the outdoors. Mollie can usually be found around campus with a Dr. Pepper or smoothie in one hand and a book in the other.
