We humans are in fact subject to water because we rely on it, we live on it, we run from it, and at times we struggle for it. Individuals have strength and might like water. We have the capacity to build up, and to destroy. Water is much the same. And it makes you wonder.. How something so tranquil and nurturing can turn into tides that shatter foundations.
