While Scalar content is loading normally now, saving is still slow, and Scalar's 'additional metadata' features have been disabled, which may interfere with features like timelines and maps that depend on metadata. This also means that saving a page or media item will remove its additional metadata. If this occurs, you can use the 'All versions' link at the bottom of the page to restore the earlier version. We are continuing to troubleshoot, and will provide further updates as needed. Note that this only affects Scalar projects at scalar.usc.edu, and not those hosted elsewhere.

This is because you know that currently we do not have the technology for their to be a fully sentient AI living inside a playstation, or we believe so at least. However, the test is still startling when it randomly arises. It asks us to decide if we can accept keeping this alleged sentient AI with us, for company, or allowing them to go free. It forces us to question our assumptions on what we would do if given the choice. Even if we know from our assumptions of the current world it wouldn't hurt Chloe to keep her there, do you want to take the chance?
