Selections can be divided based on the number of words, lines, or characters in each segment, or you can simply choose the desired number of segments per selection. Cutting a text allows you to search for anomalies within it, possibly indicating different authors or different textual sources drawn on by the writer. Cut segments can then be selected from the Select page on the Manage drop-down menu.
