Introduction

This website is designed to guide you through the history of the Kentucky College for Women, in Danville, KY.  From its beginnings as a small program associated with the Presbyterian Church in the mid-19th century, to its status as the Women's Department of Centre College, to its complete integration with the college in 1962, and the lasting legacy of women on campus and how they've lived.
