  Timothy W. Scales is a Senior Lecturer for the School of Business and Economics, as well as the Director of the Center of Entrepreneurship, at IU East. He earned his M.B.A. from Anderson University in 1998, his M.S. in Banking from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1996, his B.S. in Business from Indiana University East in 1993, his A.S. in Business from Indiana University East in 1991, and a Certificate in Leadership Excellence from the Disney Institute in 2001. He also has an Indiana Property and Casualty Insurance license and an Indiana Real Estate Broker license.
