You have every reason to be happy; it’s your obligation to make yourself happy. You are in total control of your happiness; nobody will make you happy if you are not ready to be happy. Create Enough Time for Exercise
Your schedules are tight enough to hinder you from exercising daily; you need to rethink and rework your plans. Daily physical activity is one of the most powerful ways to be happy. Depression should not be the only reason that should make you exercise, as depression alone does not make someone sad.
