Hamlet Q2

Where's your father?

Performance note: For many, this is the moment Hamlet realizes he's being spied on, with Ophelia's response as a signal to complicity and Hamlet's next line directed directly at Polonius or the apparatus of spying (Doran, Almereyda). In others, he is already aware and is testing Ophelia's involvement in the scheme (Zeffirelli).
