Capoeria (kɑpəˈwɛɹə) Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music and known for its quick and complex maneuver, its predominant use of power, speed, and leverage across a wide variety of kicks, spins and other techniques.
Origin: 16th century Brazil

Johnny Cake (ˈjänēˌkāk) A flat cornmeal cake typically baked or fried on a griddle.
Origin: North America/Australia early 18th century.
