Tasting the Good Life

This section features a small sampling of menus and wine lists from the Maynard A. Amerine Papers. The menus contain information that can be used as historical sources for conducting price comparisons, researching various styles of graphic design and marketing, anthropological and sociological studies on food and culture, and much more.
Note that in the first menu "Official Family Night," there is a wine list from the exclusive male-only Bohemian Club based in San Francisco. Professor of Enology Maynard Amerine was a member of the Bohemian Club and helped club members develop and increase their knowledge in wine.
