Michelle on Vulnerability and Touch

Touch is very important for Michelle, and played an important role for her during Four Rehearsals and a Performance. She shares her feelings of vulnerability, but also her joy in response to how open people were to the experience. She says "I was really touched that people were very open and willing to connect," and to receive and give touch. She also discussed the difficulty of contact, the discomfort people often feel with touch. However, she also believes that "touch is powerful, connection is important."
