K on Discomfort

K described the FRAP process as helpful for deconstructing the discomfort that marginalized people feel every day. K said that “most of the people in there [the performers] are used to a level of discomfort in their day to day lives” and that this performance is a way to work through that. K spoke about comfort as a privilege and saw FRAP as a way to begin a conversation with others this issue.
