Final Project: The (In)Visible Monsters

Moral Monsters

These twentieth century invisible monsters demonstrate the problem with morality. Morality becomes a crucial criterion for determining monstrosity, which makes these monsters hard to detect, as morality is not something that can externally be seen. Thus, the most monstrous psychopaths and murderers are those who are best at hiding their true morality. Pascual and Ted Bundy are examples of twentieth century monsters from the readings. They hide their lack of morality and murderous actions so well that they even deceive their family members. So how does one then protect themselves from these invisible immoral monsters?
