Now Grade II listed, the pub holds a lot of character with period features throughout and a vaulted gallery. Though known as the Bull & Vic, the pub is actually named the Royal Victoria and Bull, which was first used by Landlord Rowley Edward Potter and his wife when they were appointed postmaster and mistress to the Queen. In fact, Queen Victoria spent the night at the Bull & Vic on 7th February 1838.plain2021-06-02T08:24:51-07:00DOVER KENT ARCHIVES1900Raymond Valdeze8c1ee8b19789548651d2769a9f2026c455c2f92
