Façade
It's an artificial-intelligence based interactive fiction that immerses the player into the drama of couple Trip and Grace.
During it's most functional days, Façade was available for download on both Mac and PC.
"You, the player, using your own name and gender, play the character of a longtime friend of Trip and Grace, an attractive and materially successful couple in their early thirties. During an evening get-together at their apartment that quickly turns ugly, you become entangled in the high-conflict dissolution of Grace and Trip's marriage. No one is safe as the accusations fly, sides are taken and irreversible decisions are forced to be made." (Mateas and Stern)

To interact, type in the chat box to speak to Trip and Grace, use the arrow keys to walk and look around the room, and use the mouse to pick up objects.
The theme of our exhibit is being wronged and this very story encapsulates that word. It begins with you, the player, being brought into the squabble of a couple on the brink of divorce and things continue to go down hill from there. You're forced to take sides (even if you desire to be neutral), answer questions, and really be the reason why the night ends as horrifically as it does. There is no simple observation of the plot. You are part of the plot.
