Wolfe Poem 5 Annotation 1
This sentence causes the reader to pause and realize what is really being said here, which is important because this is a line that is meant to be firmly grasped. I take this to mean that the most serene moments are at night when all is silent and a pin drop would be able to be heard if there were one, and that this is a rare, and true form of art. These nights are meant to be taken in and explored much like any other form of art.
