Here we visualize the June 2018 CalEnviroScreen results and the 2010 census Black population for San Francisco by census tract to show the relationship between Black population density and pollution bird the darkest red color represents the highest pollution burden and the lightest yellow color represents the lowest pollution burden. Areas where Black residents make up 20% or more of the total population are highlighted below.
