You can paste in URLs to text on the web or copy and paste full plain text versions. You can use Voyant to create wordclouds (which visualize word frequency). You can also create other visualizations based on individual words (like how often a word appears in each segment of a book). Stopwords are customizable, so you can use languages other than English.
