Propaganda and Nationalism in World War Era Printed Media

Remember Always - Nothing German

A British World War I propaganda stamp promoting the purchase of British goods and the avoidance of German goods. The stamp shows Britannia pointing to what is probably the sinking of the Lusitania in 1915. It was printed by Perkins Bacon. It was part of a broader propaganda campaign aimed at bolstering patriotism and supporting the war effort.
