The current CEO of Chiquita, Fernando Aguirre, was on the second season of the show Undercover Boss. The title of the show is pretty self-explanatory; the bosses of a well know company go undercover to see how their business's are run behind the scenes and see if the company values are being upheld. Through watching this video, it is evident that Chiquita runs very efficiently. You will see in the scene where they are picking the lettuce, that they care about the quality of their products.
