The University of Southern California acquired the Century Freeway collection in November 1999. It was given to the university by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles.The collection contains a total of 23 boxes, filled with court documents related to the planning and construction of the freeway, as well as reports, studies, meeting minutes, correspondence, newspaper clippings, brochures, notes, and more.
