Affirmation

"We embrace life as it is today with all its ugliness and beauty. Its pain and pleasures. Its tragedy and joy. We rejoice in the signs of new life from wherever it comes in our world.
We affirm the goodness of life and the openness of the future, because our god of love and of life. As he gave himself for us so too need we give ourselves to each other, convinced that the seeds of good fruit are always in the soil of the present and that we are called to nurture them in the faith that the harvest will follow.
