Article identification information

Publishers often provide authoritative identification information in either the footer or, as here, the header of the article. Refer to this information when citing the piece.

From left to right on the top row, we have the journal title (Journal of Cultural Economics), the date of print publication (2016), the journal volume (40; volume number is often followed by the issue number but is not here), and the page range in the issue where the article appears (pp. 163-190).
