Performance at the Opera House by the Telleis' Minstrels
The performance by Tilleis' minstrels last night was witnessed by a good house and a crowded gallery. It was the most genuine minstrel show that has been here for some time, and when it is considered that the company is made up largely of Uncle Sam's soldier boys and not professional performers, the programme is more than interesting in giving an insight into some of the amusements in fort life. The 25th infantry band, U. S. A., as might be expected, is well worth hearing, and as a matter of fact is the star attraction of the company, not only a sa band but also as an orchestra it excels any organization heard here this season.
