Ice Carnival at the Broadwater
The flooding of the pond at the Broadwater has been completed and the ice promises to be in good condition for this afternoon and evening. In the evening the Twenty-fifth infantry band will play a select programme of music for the skaters, and the street railway company will run additional cars to accommodate the crowds that will attend if the weather is fine.
