Decoration Day
Will Be Appropriately Observed in Missoula -- Soldiers to Participate
The committees from the G. A. R. and Woman's Relief corps are leaving nothing undone to make Decoration day one long to be remembered in Missoula. The program will be announcd on Saturday and it is said will be an appropriate one, Col. A. S. Burt has promised to send in two companies of soldiers and the 25th. Infantry band to assist at the celebration which with the school children and different civic societies will make an imposing parade. The new volunteer fire department will also be in line. An effort is being made to have the merchants close their places of business on Decoration day at noon so that the afternoon of the day can be given over by one and all to a fitting observance of the day.
