The exercises will take place at Columbia Gardens and will consist of vocal and instrumental music, orations by Gov. Rickards and Mr. Cushingberry, athletic sports and contests of various kinds. Music for the parade and at the gardens will be furnished by the Twenty-fifth infantry band from Fort Missoula
