Tiffany has achieved a great amount of success, prestige and respect for a woman of her age and background. Although she is from a community where women are not encouraged to be independent and pursue a career, she was one of the few who believed that it could be done regardless of her gender. However, as she mentioned, in a male dominated world, there is only so much a woman can achieve. At some point, they will hit a glass ceiling that may hinder their growth. Nonetheless, she did not give up and she fought for her ambitions.
