Rabbi Peer & Rabbi Loloyan: From High School to College

When focusing specifically on the youth and young adults, Rabbi Loloyan and Rabbi Peer have made it their mission for every Jew to have some source of Jewish education. Both rabbis are known for running from high school to college and even graduate schools where they serve kosher food and speak for a few minutes to Jewish students about topics they wish to discuss. Topics usually include Shabbat, holidays, weekly Torah portion, Jewish history, current events or even personal difficulties they may have with the Jewish religion. Both rabbis have tried to make themselves available for all teenagers as they visit campuses such as Taft High, El Camino High, Beverly Hills High, Pierce College, Santa Monica College, UCLA, Loyola Law School and many more at least once a week. Evidently, Rabbi Peer and Rabbi Loloyan place a strong emphasis on reaching out to all Jewish students because after all, as Rabbi Loloyan and Rabbi Peer stated, “They are the future of the Jewish nation.”
