The Iranian Jewish Women’s organization of Southern California is not financially dependent on any other organization and relies solely on fundraising to support its charitable work. The Iranian Jewish Women’s Organization is a non-profit organization that raises money by hosting extravagant gala events, garden parties, banquets, and other similar events. During these events the organization raises funds by auctioning antiques, charging for admission, and accepting donations from guests/members.

The organization does not donate solely to one specific cause. Each fundraiser raises money for different charitable organizations. A few of the causes that they have donated to in the past include: orphanages in Israel, Hillel at the University of California, Los Angeles, assisting disabled children in their educational pursuits, contributing to the education for women who have completed military service in the Israeli army, and many other charitable causes.
