”Schindler's List" tours

Beginning shortly after the premiere of the film, a number of Schindlers List tours have been offered in Krakow and environs, bringing tourists to both the locations where the film was made and the sites where actual wartime events depicted in the film took place.  In the course of these tours, the past and the present, actual events and their representation, are juxtaposed and merged in complex ways:

The trendy location surrounded by buildings that witnessed shocking Holocaust history is also the place where before World War II, Jewish culture flourished for centuries and a film set for Steven Spielbergs Oscar winner.

This tour will let you... discover the truth behind the famous Schindler's list.
