Origins

The quote, "Do I not want to remember?" seems directly tied to this fascination of origins. What if she had more securely been able to identify the initial origination of her cancer? She must feel as if the cancer would not have been as severe, or may have been easily taken care of and treated. What a horrible haunting thought to have to live with.
