James Drake McGrew Portfolio

James Drake McGrew was born on April 17th, 1997 in Paragould, Arkansas. From kindergarten to 6th grade he attended school at Corning, Arkansas. His seventh grade year he changed schools to Neelyville R-4 School district in Neelyville, Missouri. In his high school years he was a member of Beta Club, FFA, Spanish Club, and FBLA, James graduated with honors in 2015. James then attended Black River Technical College in Pocahontas Arkansas where he obtained his Associates Degree with a 3.0 GPA. He works part time at Apple Group Connection which is a company that specializes in teaching local schools how to teach students with Dyslexia.  He is currently enrolled as a senior at Arkansas State University where he is working towards his Bachelors in History.


A Little about this Portfolio: 

In this Scalar workbook is a list of three projects that I completed for my Digital Humanities class. In this class we covered a wide variety of topics and tools, but these three are ones that I am particularly proud of. I hope it is able to show how I can blend things that interest me and things that I am passionate about into academic projects. In each project I will detail how I went about completing the project, and the difficulties I had and how I overcame them. To start click the Table of Contents in the top left corner.
