The Mayor
The person in charge of the city is the man the benefits
greatly. Former Las Vegas mayor, Oscar Goodman, greatly benefited because the
city provided him his job. As long as the city was up and running, Oscar was
getting paid. Not only that but he had plans to help Las Vegas make more money
and which would help him keep his job. Of course he only benefited because the
city benefited. If anything ever occurred that caused the city to suffer then
the mayor would suffer as well because many people would choose him as the
person to blame.
