It rained continuously. I went to choir practice in the afternoon. At night a memorial service was held at recreation hall number 34 for Shig Tanabe’s mother who passed away last November 5th the use of the hospital automobile. I returned at 9:30 and was tremendously fatigued and could not sleep. The rain created puddles that rippled around the 21 and 34 area just like a small pond. I became concerned about the inconvenience of moving about. . I attended it taking advantage of the use of the hospital automobile.
