This news interview highlights a new report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change saying that eating more plants and less meat would have a big impact on fighting climate change. In the first half that I will be highlighting in this story is an interview with Canadian Food Security Expert, Navin Remin Kuti that says the vegan diet is the key part of the solution.  The second interview is with the Executive Vice President of the Canadian Cattlemen's Association accusing the research as false and is disappointed that he wasn't consulted during the report.
