These 16” vinyl records were used specifically by radio stations which usually contained recordings made for the purpose of broadcasting. These discs allowed up to 15 minutes of playing time. These were also used in the military and were supposed to be destroyed once they’d been used, however, this sometimes was not the case. This is one made of cherry red vinyl.
