How this site and choir-camps were organized

The site is organized into SEVEN parts based on those musical genres we have recorded to date. Beginning in 2015, I have organized camps or choirs to learn these songs. Of the first 4 categories, we had biannual choir-camps to learn and record:

children's hymns (recorded in 2015),
children's school and play songs (recorded in 2017),
Bands of Mercy songs (recorded in 2019), and
Christmas carols (recorded in 2023, with a skipped year due to COVID).

Now with a permanent choir I established in 2024, the Community Choristers, we continue to add to the above and the following new genres:

folksongs,
patriotic numbers, and
early 20th-century hymns, and more 19th century hymn favorites, which continued to be appreciated by 20th-century hymn-singers.
